Ruth Nelson is a professional actor, dramaturg, director, and teacher living and working in Fayetteville, NC. Acting credits include Honey in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? with 7 Stages (Atlanta, GA); dramaturgical credits include Faith Healer with the North Carolina Shakespeare Festival; directing credits include RENT with the Gilbert Theater (Fayetteville, NC). Ruth is a member of the Gilbert Theater Repertory Company and of Sweet Tea Shakespeare, for whom she serves as resident dramaturg.
